Underground Power Installation

The vision for Takeo Drive has always been to keep the natural landscape and vistas intact. In line with this guiding principle, it was important to implement a power supply solution that serves the best interest of the environment and the abundant rural charm of the site. 

The underground power installation started in earnest and it will supply electricity to the residential homes of our Takeo Drive residents with power lines buried next to the road.

We are thrilled with the progress of the project and we look forward to switching on the power in the 4th quarter of this year.

Ground Breaking Ceremony

An important step in constructing any kind of building in Japan is the inaugural ceremony in which a Shinto priest blesses the site for the owner and those people involved in the construction of the property. 

We were delighted to take part in the chijinsai (地鎮祭) or groundbreaking ceremony for the owners of Plot A.  They are using a custom, Florian Busch-designed home for which construction will begin at the end of August.  We are thrilled to have Florian and his team build the first home.  Having seen the plans, we have no doubt that this beautiful home will set a high standard for the subsequent homes in Takeo Drive.

Sign Installation

To coincide with the installation of the underground power, we unveiled our sales sign at the entrance of Takeo Drive.
