The 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards celebrated outstanding achievements in real estate across Japan's resort destinations. Held at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok, the event saw developers, architects, and property managers come together to honor projects that exemplify innovation, sustainability, and quality.

Among the awardees, Kisin by Yoichi Dreams received recognition in multiple categories, including Best Resort Housing Development and Best Nature Integrated Development, while Grand Tsuru Niseko took home Best Boutique Resort Housing Development. These winners, along with all the other nominees, highlight the continued prominence of Niseko and Japan as a global real estate destination.
